ENTERPRISE: How do I invite people to apply for my job post?

This article explains how Job Posters on Enterprise teams can invite individual users or groups of users to apply for their open job postings. This helps you proactively find and encourage qualified applicants to view your job.

Once your job is posted, you can invite specific users on our site to apply. Here’s how:

1. Navigate to the People tab. You will see an Invite to Job button on every profile.

2. Click the Invite to Job button for the person you wish to invite.

3. Select the specific job you want to share with them.

4. Click Send Invite.

After you send an invitation, you can track its status.

1. Go to your job posting and click on the position title.

2. On the right-hand side of the page, you will see the total number of invites sent and how many are currently pending.

3. Click on Pending to view who has been invited and which team member sent the invitation.

Our platform includes a great collaborative tool for teams.

• Even if someone else on your team posted the job, you can view the post and invite others to apply.

• As long as you are on the same company team account, you can see other positions, view applicants, and invite freelancers to apply.

• When you invite someone to a job posted by a teammate, the applicant will see that the invitation came from you.

You can save time by inviting multiple people to a job post with a single action. Instead of sending invites individually, you can use the group action feature.

1. Go to the People tab.

2. Select any of your Contact Lists, or your Know/Trust list.

3. Check the box at the top of the list to select multiple people at once. (Note: The maximum number you can select for a group action is 25 people.)

4. Once the boxes are checked, click the Invite To Job button to send the invitations.
