Changing My Subscription
After signing in, locate and click on your profile picture thumbnail in the lower left-hand corner to access the dropdown menu. Within the menu, navigate to "Subscription & Billing" and select "Edit Subscription." Here, you'll have the option to either Cancel or Pause your subscription.
Should you opt to cancel, you will maintain access to the Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle depending on if you choose the Monthly or Annual subscription.
Should you decide to pause your subscription, please be aware that the renewal date will be displayed on your account. It is important to note that you will not receive a reminder notification about your subscription renewal. We recommend setting a personal reminder on your preferred device or calendar to ensure you don't miss the next billing date.
You also have the option to switch your subscription from a Monthly to an Annual Membership for potential savings. To make this change, please visit your Subscription & Billing page, navigate to the Plan details area, and select the 'Upgrade' option within the Annual Membership section.
Once your payment is successfully processed, your annual membership will be activated right away.
Update Billing Information
Need to update your billing info to keep your subscription running smoothly? No problem! Head to the 'Subscription & Billing' section in your profile menu to change your credit card details. Managing your billing is a simple process.
