My Profile Photo looks "Squished!"

If you are trying to upload a photo that is larger than 2MB, it will not upload. Make sure that your image is under 2MB and try again. If you still have issues after that, please let us know. The best aspect ratio for the site falls neatly in 1010p (W) x 250p (H).

• On a Mac, simply locate the photo, click on it once, so it highlights blue.

• Then hit "Command + i" on your keyboard to view the information. 
• A new window will appear where you can see the file's size to the right of the name.

To view the file size on a PC, simply right click the file and select "View properties," or you can click the file once and type "Alt + Enter." The file's information will appear, showing you the size of the file.
