You can view your subscription type and the next billing cycle date on the Subscription and Billing page. Detailed information about your active subscription is readily available within the Subscription section. The chosen subscription tier determines how long the subscription lasts; it can be a monthly or annual commitment. Both subscription plans are set to auto-renew and will continue without interruption unless you cancel your subscription.

Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade from Monthly to Annual, pause your subscription, and cancel at any time. Here is how you can change your subscription through your account.
Pause Subscription
The ability to pause your subscription is only available to monthly members. Unfortunately, if you are subscribed to an annual plan, the option to pause your subscription is unavailable.
To pause your subscription, navigate to the 'Subscription & Billing' page and select the 'Edit Subscription' button.
A pop-up window will display your billing details, where you'll find the option to 'Pause Subscription.'
You have the flexibility to pause your membership for up to 3 months. After selecting the duration of the pause, your upcoming billing date will be presented; please take note of this date, as we do not send out reminder notices.
Before finalizing the pause option, Review the summarized details of your subscription before clicking 'Pause Subscription' to complete the process.
Once you select 'Pause Subscription,' a confirmation banner will appear on the top of the page, and your billing information will be updated to reflect your new upcoming billing date. Remember, you can reactivate your subscription at any point before the scheduled renewal date.
Resume Subscription
If you've previously paused your monthly subscription and wish to reactivate it, simply return to your 'Subscription & Billing' page, click on 'Edit Subscription', and then select 'Resume' to reinstate your subscription.
After selecting 'Resume,' you will be directed to a terms page where you can review the details of your subscription along with the terms and conditions. Please ensure you examine this information carefully before clicking 'Confirm' to proceed.
Cancel Subscriptions
To cancel your subscription, navigate to the 'Subscription and Billing' page and select the 'Edit Subscription' button. In the pop page to Edit Subscription, you'll find the option to 'Cancel Subscription.'
A final confirmation prompt will be displayed to ensure you wish to proceed with canceling your subscription. By clicking on 'Cancel Subscription,' you will complete the cancellation process. After confirmation, a banner acknowledging the cancellation will be displayed on the page, and alongside your subscription details, you'll find the expiration date of your subscription. Please note that if you accept a free month and later decide to cancel your subscription, a credit of your monthly subscription fee will remain on your account. You can use this credit for future account purchases, such as purchasing application tokens or upgrading to a monthly or annual subscription.
