First time job poster? Verify yourself.
When posting your first listing, we ask you to follow us on LinkedIn and to submit a company email address, if it is different from the one on your profile. While we may request additional information, taking these two steps will speed up the verification process.
Use real names
Profiles are for individuals, not for companies. Please have your first and last name on your profile. Applicants will not see your personal profile unless you message them on the site.
For the company field on your job listing, don’t abbreviate or use a fake name. If you don’t want the public to know your company name, you can keep it private. However our job approval team needs to know the name of your company. Just check the “Confidential: don’t reveal company to applicants” box!
Use your real email address
We need your actual email address, not Productionresumes2024@gmail.com. Don’t worry - this is only for approval and verification purposes and will not be seen or used by any applicants.
One reason we need your real email address is we may need to communicate with you about your listing. Check your inbox/spam folder if you're waiting on your job being approved, we may have follow-up questions.
Realistic Rates
You do need a realistic rate on your listing. Large ranges will not be approved. If you need guidance, use our Negotiator feature or connect with our team at contact@staffmeup.com. You can also add notes to the pay rate range and our team will review connect with you if we have any additional questions.
Mind our business hours
Listings are approved 8AM - 5:30PM PST M-F. If you have an urgent listing, please reach out to our Support team at contact@staffmeup.com.
