i. TRUST AND KNOW 

"Trust & Know" is the list you’ll turn to first when you’re hiring, looking for work, or need help.

Unlike Facebook and LinkedIn, where you can freely add friends or connections, our platform features a "Trust and Know" option that is 100% confidential. This allows you to curate a list of individuals, spanning industry contacts, valued former project teammates, or personal friends, fostering genuine and reliable connections. 

Keep in mind, no one else can see who you Trust & Know, and the person will NOT be notified. Add a  💗 to as many profiles you come across.  

1. Click on the 💗icon and it will allow you to pick a Blue Heart for “I Know” and a Red Heart for “I Trust”
   
2. You can access your list whenever you are under the PEOPLE tab.
   
   
   
3. Under  Do You Know?, we recommend people that you can add into Trust & Know.
   

4. You’ll be given three options to select from: Skip, I Know or I Trust
