How to Pause Membership

You can pause your subscription for up to three months! To manage your current membership, click here to go to the Membership and Billing area.

In the “Subscription” column, navigate over to the green EDIT button and click on it.

That will open a pop-up window.

We allow users to pause their subscription for up to 3 months at a time in between paying for one month of service. 

Make a selection from the durations listed.

After making your selection for how long to pause, click on the green NEXT button to proceed.

Also, while we will send you an email confirming your Pause, you will not receive any reminder about when the membership will reactivate.
