This feature allows saved details like Selected Credits, Cover Letter, Resume, and "Why I am Perfect" responses to be reused in future applications.
How to Create a Saved Application-
When applying to a job, you now have the ability to save that application for future use. The sections that you will be saving are the Selected Credits, Cover Letter, Resume, and "Why I am Perfect" sections.
To save an application, please navigate to the lower right hand side when on the apply page and check the Save as a New Application button. Then once you hit Apply Now, the application will be saved.
Managing Your Saved Applications-
To manage your Saved Applications, navigate to your Profile and select the ‘Saved Applications’ tab. Here you can view, edit, or delete your saved application details.
How to Edit a Saved Application-
To edit an already saved application, you will navigate to the Profile Tab. From there, you will see the Saved Applications section on the left hand side.
Then you will click the three dots to the right of a given saved application and can edit or delete that individual saved application.
Applying with Saved Details-
The next time you apply for a job, you can choose to ‘Apply with a Saved Application’. Select the saved application you wish to use, and the application form will auto-populate with the details you have saved.
Submitting Your Application-
Once you have reviewed and confirmed that all details are current and correct, submit your application as usual. Your saved details will streamline the process, saving you valuable time.
The feature works across the web, mobile-web, and mobile app, ensuring a consistent experience.
FAQ's-
- Can I save multiple applications? Yes, Premium members can save multiple application templates. This is particularly useful if you are applying for different types of positions that require tailored information.
- What happens to my Saved Applications if I downgrade to a basic membership? If you downgrade to a basic membership, you will not be able to access your Saved Applications.
- How secure are my Saved Applications? Your privacy and security are our top priorities. Saved Applications are stored with the same level of security as the rest of your profile information on Staff Me Up.
- Can I use Saved Applications on any device? Premium users can manage their saved applications on the web but not directly through the mobile app. Basic users will see an upsell message prompting them to upgrade for quick, unlimited job applications.
PLEASE NOTE- This feature is only available for active premium members. This feature will not be available if you are on a basic (free) membership or if your current premium membership is on pause.
