How to Reach Chat Support

  1. Go to any Help screen on the Staff Me Up website.

  2. Look for the chat bubble in the lower right-hand corner.

  3. Click the bubble and select your account type to make sure you’re directed to the right support team.

  4. Enter the name and email address associated with your Staff Me Up profile.

  5. After you answer, you’ll see an automated response. Hang tight—a live support team member will be with you as soon as possible (usually within a few minutes).

Email Support

Prefer email? No problem. Submit a request here and we will reply via email

Include your name, the email address tied to your account, and a brief description of how we can help. We aim to reply as quickly as possible during business hours.
