How Can I Download my Invoices?

This article is for Staff Me Up members who need to download their past invoices for their records. We'll walk you through the simple steps to access and download your billing history directly from your account.

Here is a quick step-by-step guide on how to download your invoices from as far back as April of 2024.

1. Select your name in the bottom left of the page to view your account options.

2. Select the "Subscription & Billing" option.

3. On the following page, scroll to the very bottom and select "Download Invoices" from the Invoices section.

4. The pop-up page will display all your invoices since April of 2024. Use the "Download" button for the individual months you'd like to have a receipt for.

If you are looking for an invoice that is older than April 2024, please contact our support team and we will provide you with the invoices you need.
